1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the jo77 website located at jo77.bio, or by registering an account with jo77 , you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and jo77. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the jo77 platform.

jo77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the jo77 platform following any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified time frame will result in temporary suspension of your account pending compliance, and may result in permanent closure.

Any winnings accrued on an account later found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be voided. jo77 will not return deposits made on an account that has been found to be in violation of the minimum age requirement and will handle such funds in accordance with applicable responsible gaming policies.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of jo77 services, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. jo77 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active jo77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or a combination of these identifiers — is strictly prohibited. jo77 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.

Account Credentials and Security

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jo77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. jo77 also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has violated these Terms & Conditions, where fraud is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jo77 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jo77 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), local bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank), and international card payments (Visa, Mastercard).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• Mobile wallet deposits are credited to your jo77 account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer to credit depending on the processing times of the originating institution.

Withdrawals

Anti-Money Laundering

jo77 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The platform is used solely for entertainment purposes. Using the jo77 deposit and withdrawal system as a mechanism for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or transferring funds on behalf of third parties are all serious violations that will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Restrictions and Prohibited Activity

Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that remain unused or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the specified validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the player's account. Expired bonus credits are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the jo77 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against jo77 for transactions that were legitimate and authorised at the time.
• Harassment: Using the jo77 support channels or any community features to threaten, harass, or abuse jo77 staff or other players.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the jo77 platform by any individual under the age of 18.

jo77 monitors account activity for indicators of the above prohibited behaviours. Where a violation is detected or reasonably suspected, jo77 may suspend the account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void associated winnings, and permanently close the account. jo77 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against players who cause material harm to the platform or its users through prohibited conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jo77 platform — including but not limited to the jo77 brand name, logo, website design, graphic elements, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of jo77 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jo77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jo77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jo77 platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Losses resulting from gambling activity on the jo77 platform, including wagering losses on casino games, slots, sports betting markets, and crash games.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the jo77 service due to technical faults, scheduled maintenance, server downtime, or circumstances beyond jo77's reasonable control (including network outages, ISP restrictions, or acts of government).
• Loss of account data due to unforeseen technical failure, provided that jo77 has taken reasonable precautions to maintain data security.

Platform Availability

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the jo77 platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with jo77's support team should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. jo77 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the jo77 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jo77 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
